The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the business project management organization by ensuring alignment on the status and key details of the company's critical strategic priorities. This position requires a highly analytical individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and third parties. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for communicating risks and complexities within the project portfolio to an executive audience, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process. In this role, the Project Coordinator will lead meetings, update work plans, and create new process flows that consider downflow impacts to ensure that new processes are sustainable and deliver the intended outcomes. The ability to use and create data and analytics to solve ambiguous issues is essential, as this will aid in data-driven decision-making, particularly in partnership with Finance and other support groups. The Project Coordinator will also work closely with Finance to create business cases and key financial metrics that support various initiatives. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will be tasked with creating presentations that drive work forward and gain alignment on critical issues. This often requires the art of storytelling within presentations to effectively communicate complex information. The role will also involve supporting the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in identifying and designing interventions and programs aimed at improving the health of the project portfolio and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating strong financial and business acumen, as well as exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills. They will be expected to work well under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, all while maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
