About the position

The Project Coordinator at Kanaan Communications, LLC is responsible for managing operations related to multiple construction projects in the telecommunications field. This role involves coordinating with customers and subcontractors, ensuring timely updates on project progress, and maintaining communication to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
• Data entry of all steps in the process from beginning to end to provide timely updates.
• Maintain customer contact via phone and email to address concerns and inquiries.
• Problem solve and seek assistance to ensure timely completion of the drop bury process.
• Correspond with customer representatives to resolve job issues, update progress, and follow up on job completion.
• Coordinate with Manager and Customer for access issues.
• Read maps and interpret drawings as needed.
• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as invoicing, payroll preparation, and information management.
• Coordinate with local subcontractor leads/foreman to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.

Requirements

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills via phone and email.
• Problem-solving abilities and willingness to seek assistance when needed.
• Ability to correspond effectively with customer representatives.
• Experience in coordinating access issues with managers and customers.
• Ability to read maps and interpret construction drawings.
• Organizational skills to manage office operations and procedures.
