About the position

As a dedicated full-time resource and member of the Occupational Health & Safety (OSH) team, the Project Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting the management and review of a portfolio of environmental remediation projects. This includes developing and disseminating health and safety communications, as well as providing support for ergonomics-related projects. The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in Environmental & Occupational Safety & Health (EOSH) project management and reporting. The role requires a solid understanding of environmental regulations and remediation phases, along with the ability to support and influence cross-functional teams. The Project Coordinator will need to problem-solve and gain alignment across multiple organizations and levels, demonstrating a detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinking approach. Experience with data analysis and creating health & safety communications is essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of a portfolio of environmental remediation projects, including review of proposals, contracts, and cost estimates for new projects.
  • Create and disseminate OSH communication materials for health & safety awareness, serious injury lessons learned and watchouts, and supplemental bottler safety training resources.
  • Analyze OSH data, including ergonomics assessments and global audit data, to create insightful reports for SME and bottler decision-making.
  • Create processes to optimize collection and analysis of SIF incident data in collaboration with the incident management team.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Environmental & Occupational Safety & Health (EOSH) project management and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of environmental regulations and remediation phases.
  • Ability to support and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to problem-solve and gain alignment across multiple organizations and levels.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker.
  • Experience with data analysis.
