We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team. Your role will be pivotal in building a successful company through your attention to detail and effective communication, particularly in the Education and Edtech sectors. As a Project Coordinator at TBG, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects while ensuring that every detail is meticulously tracked to meet our high-quality standards. Success in this role requires fast and independent learning, as well as the ability to provide professional assistance to clients and their potential customers via phone and email. You will regularly communicate with both internal and external teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged. The role demands a proactive approach to challenges, with a focus on learning quickly and applying new knowledge effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing contact lists, sending invitations, tracking responses, and monitoring results for various TBG projects. You will maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams, anticipate their needs, and ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, you will update project tracking documents, maintain internal data-tracking files, schedule market development activities, build and edit surveys, generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research as needed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact in the Education Technology field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contact lists, send invitations, track responses, and monitor results for various TBG projects.
  • Maintain polite, prompt, and professional communication via phone and email to clients, their customers, and our internal team.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and internal teams.
  • Update project tracking documents weekly for Project Managers to facilitate communication with clients.
  • Maintain and update TBG's internal data-tracking files and documents.
  • Schedule various market development activities across multiple scheduling systems.
  • Build and edit surveys within different data and survey platforms.
  • Generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research as needed.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required; however, a passion for Education Technology is highly valued.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing small details.
  • Excellent time management and ability to independently prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in project management or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
