About the position

As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a pivotal role in managing small to mid-sized projects that implement MMIT's software and data solutions for our healthcare clients. This position is integral to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA), where you will oversee recurring projects, develop project plans, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your contributions will ensure that product enhancements are effectively integrated into team workflows, making you a key player in our delivery team, recognized for your expertise in our products and services. In this role, you will coordinate internally with Client Success Managers, technical delivery team members, and other experts to confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will actively participate in improving and adhering to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation protocols. Your responsibilities will include defining business, design, and configuration requirements, communicating these to the Configuration and technical delivery teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of client solutions. You will also be responsible for planning and leading client implementations, managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles to ensure timely completion of multiple projects and tasks. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to deliver MMIT products while maintaining high quality. In a fast-paced environment, you will need to learn and adapt quickly as MMIT continuously enhances its solutions to provide value to clients in the rapidly changing healthcare market. Conducting UAT testing will be required to ensure that project outcomes align with client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects to implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate with Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members to confirm configuration options and timelines.
  • Participate in and improve team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
  • Define business, design, and configuration requirements and communicate them to the Configuration and technical delivery teams.
  • Plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans and monitoring progress.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver MMIT products and ensure quality is maintained.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project outcomes match intended client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma and Market access space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create structure and organize work effectively.
  • Skilled at condensing details and identifying key takeaways and next steps.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
