As a Project Coordinator at Janus Henderson, you will play a pivotal role in the programme support team of the Operational Transformation function, which is responsible for leading large-scale global change initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring alignment with the PMO (Project Management Office) for various transformation programme workstreams, as well as providing regional PMO support. You will be tasked with critical path management in collaboration with the Operational Transformation Support Manager, ensuring that all programme actions are followed up on and that any risks or issues are escalated appropriately. In this role, you will assist in running stand-up meetings and workstream meetings, manage dependency maps (both ingoing and outgoing), and review and consolidate workstream status reports. You will also support the Regional Programme Manager and the Transformation Support Manager by assisting with inputs for steering committee and board meetings. This position requires a proactive approach to managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
