About the position

The Project Coordinator will join the programme support team within the Operational Transformation function at Janus Henderson, focusing on leading large-scale global change initiatives. This role involves critical path management, supporting regional PMO efforts, and ensuring effective communication and reporting across various workstreams. The coordinator will assist in managing dependencies, follow up on program actions, and support senior management in steering committee meetings.

Responsibilities

• Align PMO efforts with large-scale transformation program workstreams
• Manage critical paths alongside the Operational Transformation Support Manager
• Follow up on program actions and escalate risks and issues
• Assist in running stand-ups and workstream meetings
• Manage dependency maps (ingoing/outgoing)
• Review and consolidate workstream status reports
• Assist with steering committee and board input
• Support the Regional Programme Manager and Transformation Support Manager

Requirements

• Experience in working in a PMO function
• Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Project and planning discipline
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent writing and presentational skills
• Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working in asset management
• Certification in project management desirable
