About the position

As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a crucial role in managing small to mid-sized projects that implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients. This position is integral to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA), as you will be responsible for managing recurring projects, developing project plans, defining requirements, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your work will ensure that product enhancements are effectively integrated into team workflows, making you a key player in the delivery team recognized for your expertise in MMIT's products. In this role, you will coordinate internally with various stakeholders, including Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members, to confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will actively participate in improving and adhering to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, and escalation protocols. Your responsibilities will also include defining business, design, and configuration requirements, communicating these to the technical teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of client solutions. You will plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles that may arise to ensure timely completion of multiple projects. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to deliver MMIT products while maintaining quality standards. The fast-paced environment at MMIT requires you to learn and adapt quickly, as the company continuously enhances its solutions to provide value to clients in the rapidly changing healthcare market. Conducting UAT testing will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure that project outcomes align with client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects to implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate internally with Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members to confirm configuration options and timelines.
  • Participate in and improve team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, and escalation protocols.
  • Define business, design, and configuration requirements and communicate these to technical teams.
  • Plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans and monitoring progress.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver MMIT products and maintain quality standards.
  • Learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment with continuous enhancements to solutions.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project outcomes match client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma and Market access space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create structure and organize work effectively.
  • Skilled at condensing details and identifying key takeaways and next steps.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
