About the position

As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a pivotal role in managing small to mid-sized projects aimed at implementing MMIT's software and data solutions for our healthcare clients. This position is integral to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA), as you will be responsible for managing recurring projects, developing project plans, defining requirements, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your contributions will ensure that product enhancements are effectively integrated into team workflows, making you a key player in the delivery team recognized for your expertise in the product and advisory capabilities. In this role, you will coordinate internally with various stakeholders, including Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members, to review and confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, and escalation protocols. Your responsibilities will also include defining business, design, and configuration requirements, communicating these to the Configuration and technical delivery teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of client solutions. You will plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles that may arise to ensure timely completion of multiple projects and tasks. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to deliver MMIT products while maintaining quality standards. In a fast-paced environment where MMIT continuously enhances its solutions, your ability to learn and adapt will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct UAT testing as required to ensure that configuration project outcomes align with the intended client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects to implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate internally with Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members to confirm configuration options and timelines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, and escalation protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma and Market access space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create structure and organize work, condensing details and identifying key takeaways.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
