About the position

This position supports directors in organizing workshops, conferences, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring that all action items are completed and that events run smoothly. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to create presentations and manage data effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Take meeting minutes and ensure accurate documentation
  • Organize staff engagement and meeting events, including catering and seating arrangements
  • Facilitate and plan large workshops and conferences
  • Manage project budgets, including expense and invoice management
  • Provide feedback on presentations and collaborate with directors to create visuals in PowerPoint
  • Support directors in planning and executing quarterly business reviews and other events
