About the position

As a Project Coordinator at Kelly Telecom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various projects and programs. Your primary responsibility will be to update necessary tracking systems to maintain complete accuracy regarding project and program statuses, including third-party management systems. You will create and distribute correspondence relevant to team projects or programs, both internally and externally, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Additionally, you will assist with administrative preparations for various meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are ready for discussion. Communication is key in this role, and you will be expected to communicate any issues to management before they reach a critical status. You will develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and programs, continuously monitoring for integrity and completeness. Your role will also involve providing ad hoc reports as requested and offering additional administrative support as required. You will issue vendor purchase orders as needed and perform various office management functions, such as supply ordering, package shipment coordination, event coordination, and managing office vendor payments for utilities and supplies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn various tracking and project management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment.
