Responsibilities

• Collaborates with others to define project scope and objectives
• Identifies required skills and resources for project team
• Develops detailed work plans and provides project status updates
• Tracks and distributes information to different teams
• Responds to common inquiries and complaints from customers
• Presents information effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically SharePoint
• Ability to create, read, analyze, and interpret detailed project management plans
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Project planning experience
• Corrections experience preferred
• Self-starter with strong teamwork skills
• Takes initiative and displays a strong work ethic
• Maintains a positive attitude
