About the position

The Project Coordinator position at LaBella Associates is responsible for managing and tracking open action items related to LNG and LPG facilities within the Program Management Services Division. This role involves monitoring task progress, conducting meetings to review status, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will work both independently and collaboratively within project teams to support complex projects and multi-year capital programs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tracking file with open tasks and associated status.
  • Run meetings to review task status, document issues, define action items, and issue meeting minutes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on the status of assigned action items.
  • Issue status reports to managers, as requested.
  • Assist with general administration.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A technical background and plant (LNG, etc.) experience preferred.
  • Understanding of the technical project delivery process is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
