About the position

The Project Coordinator role at SPECTRAFORCE is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, requiring in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This position is designed for a duration of 5 months and involves supporting the enhancement of leadership programs through effective project management and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, metrics identification, and internal communication, which are essential for the success of the leadership development initiatives. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for measuring the impact of learning classes and programs by identifying and developing relevant metrics. They will support and manage complex projects that align with organizational goals, ensuring that all project tasks are executed efficiently. The use of various tools, including learning management systems and survey software like Qualtrics, will be crucial for program scheduling and analysis. Additionally, the coordinator will create and maintain dashboards that provide leadership updates, ensuring that data is accurately represented and effectively communicates the necessary information. The role also involves developing engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and updates to leadership teams, as well as fostering strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support. Clear and concise communication is vital, as the coordinator will draft communications for internal employees to ensure effective information dissemination.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning classes and programs.
  • Support and manage complex projects and programs with multiple components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize tools such as learning management systems, survey software (Qualtrics), and Microsoft-suite applications to support program scheduling and analysis.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for leadership updates, ensuring data is accurately represented and tells a compelling story.
  • Build engaging PowerPoint decks to communicate findings and updates to leadership teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Draft clear and concise communications for internal employees to ensure effective information dissemination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on large-scale programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with tools such as learning management systems and survey software.
