They are currently looking to add a Project Coordinator to their team in San Jose. As a Project Coordinator, you will have a solid background in Project Management, Business Administration, or Data Analytics, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves managing operations, interfacing with both internal leaders and external vendors, and driving day-to-day activities to ensure seamless execution and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including Contractor Operations and Lab Maintenance, while partnering with internal leaders to define and deliver business processes and deliverables.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to strategic goals.
  • Create, organize, and maintain high-visibility Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools. Utilize Pivot Tables, charts, and graphs for data visualization and analysis.
  • Track key components of the team's performance and create dashboard reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Lead short- and long-term strategic planning processes, including the development and management of business process systems and tools.
  • Facilitate daily discussions with external contractors and internal leadership. Negotiate, follow up, and execute decisions that support team growth and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and effectiveness through automation and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau, including advanced Excel formulas and macros.
  • Proven ability to handle a large workload across multiple projects, manage communications effectively, and stay up to date with information.
