Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings

  • Organize staff engagement and meeting events, including catering and seating arrangements
  • Facilitate and plan large workshops and conferences
  • Manage project budgets and handle expense and invoice management
  • Create and provide feedback on presentations using PowerPoint
  • Support directors in quarterly business reviews and ensure action items are completed
  • Assist with planning workshops, onboarding, and governance activities

Requirements
