About the position

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position that requires candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and accuracy skills in a high-volume corporate environment. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects related to store operations from start to finish. This includes working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels and refreshes, as well as other related projects. The role demands strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify the root cause of any issues or prototypes that may fail. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba, and will need to lead conference calls between the store team and vendors to ensure accountability and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination for store operations from start to finish.
• Working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels/refreshes and other projects.
• Holding vendors accountable through written and verbal communications.
• Leading conference calls between store team and vendors.
• Invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba.
• Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of failed issues/prototypes.

Requirements

• College Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of project coordination/management experience, preferably in construction or related fields.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making abilities.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word software.
