Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position that requires candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and accuracy skills in a high-volume corporate environment. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects related to store operations from start to finish. This includes working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels and refreshes, as well as other related projects. The role demands strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify the root cause of any issues or prototypes that may fail. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba, and will need to lead conference calls between the store team and vendors to ensure accountability and effective communication.
