About the position

Kenosha Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator/Dispatcher to oversee daily operations within the residential or commercial department. This role involves scheduling installers and estimates, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate should be organized, motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordinating manager in all aspects of customer relations and delivery/install of HVAC systems
• Maintain efficient filing system
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, mail, etc.
• Facilitate communication between office personnel and workers in the field
• Undertake receptionist duties to include answering phone calls and receiving visitors
• Offer support to senior staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• 2 years of dispatching experience required
• Must be a team player with good communication skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
