About the position

The Project Coordinator at CRC-Evans Pipeline International will play a crucial role in supporting the Production Manager on-site. This position involves the preparation of mobilists, project materials lists, and spare parts requirements, as well as managing all administrative aspects necessary for the smooth operation of production sites. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for producing and issuing site Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and flash reports, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. Additionally, the role requires tracking and reporting on spare parts consumed during equipment refurbishment and PQT execution, maintaining up-to-date tracking sheets for PQT material consumptions. The Project Coordinator will also maintain manning plans for personnel on-site according to project requirements. This includes arranging transportation and supporting Production Managers in the replenishment of spare parts and additional materials, working closely with service delivery teams. The role further involves assisting service delivery teams in mobilization, re-supply, and demobilization of equipment, as well as arranging accommodation and travel requirements for site personnel. This position is essential for ensuring that all logistical and administrative tasks are executed efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the projects undertaken by CRC-Evans Pipeline International.

Responsibilities

  • Producing and issuing of site DPRs and flash reports for project site
  • Tracking and reporting of spare parts consumed during equipment refurbishment and PQT execution
  • Maintaining manning plans onsite for personnel as per project requirements
  • Arranging transportation and supporting Production Managers for the replenishment of spare parts and additional materials
  • Assisting service delivery teams in mobilization, re-supply, and demobilization of equipment
  • Arranging accommodation and travel requirements for site personnel

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working in a production environment performing admin tasks and stock control activities
  • 5 years of administrative experience
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Good timekeeping skills and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with planning, scheduling, and report production
  • Knowledge of computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Familiarity with coating systems
  • Working knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act and/or local legislation
  • Familiarity with the safe operation of the production line
