In this role, the Project Coordinator will initiate, prepare, and maintain the scope of projects, gathering information from and communicating with all stakeholders involved. This includes providing project information and preparing analyzed reports detailing project findings. The coordinator will also support data collection, entry, analysis, and communication, ensuring that all data submitted for benchmarking is accurate and reliable. The position requires the generation of reports that detail the status of programs or projects, as well as evaluating the progress of all assigned projects and reporting the results. Feedback will be obtained on possible changes or modifications to the projects, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. The Project Coordinator will also perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department and the hospital's mission to provide high-quality care to children.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates, prepares, and maintains the scope of projects.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare project management or clinical pathway development.
