As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, coordinating, and scheduling activities, resources, equipment, and information for single and/or multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive project schedules, presenting and reviewing proposed changes, and producing updated schedules. You will also compile, maintain, and file project documents, including preparing electronic document templates and updating documentation procedures. In this role, you will support Quality Management in the review of documents, prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and reporting documents, and coordinate interfaces between multiple projects. You will be expected to support Project Managers and Senior Engineers in project-related tasks during the design, bid, and construction phases. Your ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and schedule activities, resources, equipment, and information for projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive project schedules and track proposed and approved project changes.
  • Compile, maintain, and file project documents, including electronic document templates.
  • Update documentation procedures and disseminate changes to the project team.
  • Compose document transmittals and support Quality Management in document reviews.
  • Review and revise project documents to meet standards.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and reporting documents.
  • Coordinate interfaces between multiple projects and disciplines.
  • Support Project Managers and Senior Engineers in project-related tasks during design, bid, and construction phases.
  • Utilize task management and communication skills to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Ability to coordinate and support several projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with high standards for quality of work.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
