Reico Kitchen & Bath is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with a Designer or Key Business Manager to support new construction and kitchen and bath interior design/remodeling projects. Your role will begin once contracts are signed, where you will take charge of project planning, scheduling, quoting preliminary designs, ordering materials, processing customer payments, and driving sales. You will also be responsible for cultivating great customer experiences, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their project journey. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to support existing customers and follow up on leads, all while earning commissions and gaining valuable insights into the business. This position is not just a job; it is a pathway to professional growth and development. In fact, ninety percent of our Sales Managers started their careers with Reico as Project Coordinators. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 - 2 years of solid customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and reliability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team player.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
