This position is integral to the successful packaging of construction materials for transmission and substation utility projects, collaborating closely with utility contractors, E.P.C firms, and renewable energy developers. The Project Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of projects, ensuring that project managers can focus on customer needs and project delivery. In this role, the Project Coordinator will engage in after-sales responsibilities, which include order entry, expediting materials, preparing submittals, managing project files, and loading customer payment applications. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as the coordinator will need to resolve customer order issues promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the role demands a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services offered, enabling the coordinator to assist both customers and internal teams effectively.
