About the position

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in this mission by ensuring the successful completion of projects within the Department. Under the direction of the Director, the Project Coordinator will synchronize all operations involved in project management, which includes maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities. This position is vital for assisting with budget management and ensuring compliance with legal regulations applicable to each project. The Project Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring that all project milestones are met in a timely manner. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining a focus on quality care for our communities. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking project progress and reporting on key performance indicators to the Director. This includes analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and data analysis, with a passion for improving healthcare processes and outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Synchronize all operations involved in the successful completion of projects within the Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Organizational Management, or related field is required.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results required; two or more years preferred.
  • Experience in health care process improvement, acquisitions, project management training or business integration highly preferred.
