The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. This position involves organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, ensuring that project deadlines are met, and documenting important actions and decisions from these meetings. The Project Coordinator will also prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and determine any project changes that may arise. Additionally, the role requires providing administrative support as needed and undertaking various project tasks as required. The Project Coordinator will develop project strategies, ensure adherence to project frameworks, and maintain appropriate documentation for each project. Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions will also be part of the responsibilities, along with managing stakeholder views towards the best solutions. The Project Coordinator will chair and facilitate meetings when appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
