About The Position
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the production team, ensuring that client tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who can assist in daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high-quality standards. The Project Coordinator will monitor quality reports to assess team performance and address any issues that arise, ensuring that operational constraints are met. Leadership skills are essential, as this role involves guiding team members and providing training as necessary. The individual will also be responsible for referencing work instructions and attending mandatory meetings and training sessions. Flexibility is key, as the Project Coordinator may be required to work overtime with minimal notice and assist with volume processing during peak production times.
