The Project Coordinator at Tridvalidation in Atlanta, GA, plays a crucial role in supporting project management activities for the NextGen Project. This position is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and attending project-related meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately transcribed and disseminated. The Project Coordinator will document, track, and receive project documentation and deliverables, ensuring that all project activities are completed in a timely manner. This role requires effective communication with project team members to share relevant information and updates regarding project activities. In addition to meeting coordination, the Project Coordinator will document and track project risks, issues, action items, and decisions as part of the overall project management process. The individual will assist the Project Manager (PM) in developing necessary documents, presentations, or reports, and will follow up on project statuses, updating the project tracking system with pertinent information. The role also involves creating project-related reports from the project work breakdown structure and working closely with PMs to document project scope and high-level requirements. The Project Coordinator will coordinate quality review and steering committee meetings for the NextGen Project, capturing notes and action items to disseminate as appropriate. It is essential for the Project Coordinator to ensure that all project-related artifacts are stored in the proper location within the NextGen Project SharePoint site. Additionally, the individual will assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the NextGen Project. Maintaining effective communication and working relationships with project team members is vital for the success of this role, along with other responsibilities that may be assigned at management's discretion.
