DEA is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support our Puget Sound Surveying and Geomatics Group. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative and project support duties including general office tasks in a fast-paced professional engineering firm. The Administrative Assistant can be located in our Tacoma or Everett, WA offices. The role involves providing administrative support for Survey and Geomatics Staff and Project Managers, preparing and reviewing project invoices, and assisting in project deliverables. The Project Coordinator will engage in general administration support, which includes scheduling meetings, project set-ups, filing, expense reports, scanning documents, taking meeting notes, making travel arrangements, and designing and maintaining staffing schedules. Additionally, the role encompasses project administration and controls, such as contract coordination, subconsultant agreements, project invoicing, project financial reports, quality control audits, and monthly progress reports. The coordinator will also assist in formatting and consolidating technical reports and spreadsheets, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are distributed to clients in a timely manner.
