About the position

The Project Coordinator will work in the FMI Technology department, overseeing the implementation lifecycle of industrial vending machines and other technology devices. This role involves managing project activities, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve departmental goals while providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project lifecycle of multiple supply chain technology implementation projects
• Communicating with all project stakeholders via phone, email and video communication
• Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure deliveries are met in a timely and accurate manner
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance with submittal standards
• Maintaining accurate records and project tracking
• Demonstrating knowledge of business offerings, products, processes and standards

Requirements

• 18 years of age or over, due to the nature of work
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
