About the position

The Project Coordinator at American Cybersystems, Inc. is responsible for managing and coordinating various project management needs within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This role involves tracking publications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. The position is a full-time contract role based in Lawrence Township, New Jersey, with a duration of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Track congress and manuscript publications to ensure adherence to internal deadlines.
• Maintain internal planning and transparency of medical evidence generation congress disclosures.
• Support various project management needs across different functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members for integrated congress disclosure planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines relevant to congresses.
• Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams to adhere to timelines.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, technical discipline, or allied business function.
• Minimum of two years' experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with document management systems such as Veeva platforms (Vault, CRM, CARA, PRISM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge and skills including MS Office and Internet platforms.
