About the position

The Project Coordinator at Tournesol Siteworks LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring effective communication between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams. This position is essential for coordinating and processing orders, managing project timelines, and maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including landscape architects, general contractors, and distributors, to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and customers in a designated territory.
• Coordinate and process all orders, both large and small.
• Provide timely updates on order status and delivery tracking.
• Respond to escalated issues that may impede project delivery and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and CRM programs.
• Log information from client contacts in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate payment and enforce agreed payment terms.
• Provide pricing, availability, and inventory information as needed.
• Process product returns and exchanges.
• Work closely with Accounting, Project Managers, and Operations to ensure order accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience managing heavy call and email volume daily.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Familiarity with landscape architecture or construction industries.
