About the position

The Project Coordinator at Arrive, LLC plays a crucial role in providing homeowner care and warranty management services for new construction high-rise condos and high-end townhomes. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with Project Managers and Homeowner Care Specialists to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing email inboxes and communicating effectively in written form.
• Schedule appointments with trade partners, homeowners, and Homeowner Care Specialists.
• Assist with communication to new buyers and conduct Welcome Home Tours.
• Meet with homeowners to assess questions and concerns regarding repairs.
• Prepare vendors for interactions in the home and manage their work.
• Open and manage work orders in warranty management software.
• Conduct vacant unit inspections and review findings with Project Managers.
• Contribute to weekly client meeting agendas and assist with documentation management.
• Assist Project Managers and company executives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in construction management or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, especially for high-end clientele.
• Experience with data entry and manipulation.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
