About the position

The Project Coordinator at Tournesol Siteworks LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring effective communication between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams. This position is essential for coordinating and processing orders, managing project timelines, and maintaining customer satisfaction across various manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and customers in a designated territory.
• Coordinate between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams through timely information exchange.
• Process all orders, including order entry and confirmation.
• Verify approvals and coordinate lead times with the production group.
• Communicate order status updates and coordinate delivery and tracking.
• Respond to escalated issues that may impede project delivery and timelines.
• Provide delivery notifications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide pricing, availability, and inventory information as needed.
• Process product returns and exchanges.
• Log information from client contacts in Salesforce CRM.
• Review basic submittals and participate in continuous product knowledge training.
• Work closely with accounting, project managers, and operations to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience managing heavy call and email volume daily.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure.
