The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and documenting multiple projects for a department or division. This role involves maintaining and modifying project plan documentation and staffing requirements for various projects, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are organized and on track. The Project Coordinator will schedule and coordinate project team meetings, prepare agendas, materials, presentations, and necessary equipment for these meetings. Additionally, they will record and distribute minutes or notes and follow up on actions to ensure that all team members complete their tasks according to the established timeline. The Project Coordinator will compile data and prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations, distributing project reports and documents as directed. They will monitor and track project documents and finances, maintaining project document files and records in accordance with established procedures. Tracking and reporting on project status and progress is crucial, as is identifying and resolving obstacles to ensure that the project remains on track with determined timelines. The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison and resource for multidisciplinary team members, communicating with client groups and stakeholders and responding to requests for data and information. Collaboration with the project manager and team to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and outcomes is also a key responsibility of this role.
