Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, track, and support community outreach and public engagement efforts from initial planning phases through completion.
• Manage customer and project communications.
• Outreach, engage, and enhance relationships with targeted communities.
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships and oversee meetings with elected officials, government agencies, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other community stakeholders.
• Present and speak at various community meetings and events as needed.
• Plan, write, and edit material for advertisements, news releases, internal communications, promotional events, and other public information.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in project coordination or related field.
• Strong customer service skills and dedication to community engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
