As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a crucial role in managing small to mid-sized projects that implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients. This position is integral to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA), as you will be responsible for managing recurring projects, developing project plans, defining requirements, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your work will ensure that product enhancements are effectively integrated into team workflows, making you a key player in the delivery team recognized for your expertise in MMIT's products. In this role, you will coordinate internally with Client Success Managers, technical delivery team members, and other experts to confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will actively participate in improving and adhering to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation protocols. Your responsibilities will include defining business, design, and configuration requirements, communicating these to the Configuration and technical delivery teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of client solutions. You will also plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing obstacles to ensure timely completion of multiple projects and tasks. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to deliver MMIT products while maintaining quality. The fast-paced environment at MMIT requires you to learn and adapt continuously, as the company is committed to enhancing its solutions to provide value to clients in the rapidly changing healthcare market. Conducting UAT testing will be part of your responsibilities to ensure that project outcomes align with client requirements.
