About the position
Wenger Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance customer experience by managing all aspects of order fulfillment for standard product projects. This role involves coordinating project correspondence, engineering drawings, and ensuring timely delivery and installation. The position is remote but requires periodic travel to the Owatonna, MN facility, necessitating candidates to reside within a commutable distance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order.
- Develop, track, and update multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in professional interactions with internal teams including Sales, Product Managers, Customer Service, and Project Engineering.
- Coordinate design submittals with Project Engineering and customers.
- Manage field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation.
- Communicate all project changes and resolutions with appropriate team members.
- Address field issues and coordinate Return to Site visits for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Two-year degree or Project Management certificate or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Project Management software (TaskRay preferred).
- Experience with ERP software (Epicor preferred).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Demonstrated project management skills.
