About the position

The Project Coordinator at BJC HealthCare will be part of the Virtual Care Services technology team, focusing on managing projects related to healthcare reporting and analytics. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of healthcare systems, with a preference for candidates who have experience in virtual care or telehealth. This is a remote position aimed at supporting the information systems application needs of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of the information systems.
• Maintains supporting knowledge of interface and connectivity standards between host systems and other systems.
• Supports and trains staff on responsible system functions.
• Maintains, queries and prepares standard workload, performance and ad hoc reports.
• Participates in the evaluation, selection and implementation of new systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
• Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Nice-to-haves
