This role is crucial in ensuring that project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures are monitored effectively. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting important actions and decisions, and preparing necessary presentation materials. The successful candidate will ensure that project deadlines are met and will be involved in determining project changes as needed. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will provide administrative support, undertake project tasks, and develop project strategies while ensuring adherence to frameworks and proper documentation for each project. The Project Coordinator will also assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable, and will manage stakeholder views towards the best solutions. This position requires the ability to chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to all project team members. The role is designed for someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. HealthEdge's Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives, which include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives.
