About the position

The Project Coordinator at Conflux Systems Inc. is a pivotal role that focuses on managing and pursuing innovative solutions to support business objectives within the Technical team. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and operates in a hybrid model, requiring onsite presence three days a week. The individual will be responsible for leading experimentation projects that involve collaboration with external innovative solutions and the larger Coca-Cola System. The role requires a strategic partner approach to assess new opportunities, influence change, and develop new capabilities that align with the company's goals. In this role, the Project Coordinator will independently guide the execution of various projects, collaborating with multiple development groups to gather insights, model and test potential solutions, and design outputs from collective efforts. The individual will report to the Senior Manager of Experimentation and External Technology Acquisition and will be tasked with testing hypotheses, designing and running tests, analyzing data, defining KPIs, and developing actionable recommendations that promote the adoption of external innovations. This position demands a high level of independence, decision-making, and judgment, while ensuring alignment with internal partners and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will also manage and optimize processes for the intake, review, and validation of ideas, as well as the visualization of concepts and communication of designs. They will be expected to anticipate future demands related to people, technology, budget, and business activities, designing and implementing solutions to meet these needs. Additionally, the role involves monitoring innovation trends in the beverage industry to inform solution paths and supplement research findings, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for solving complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate with the Coca-Cola System to manage experiments with external innovative solutions.
  • Independently lead experimentation projects with external solutions.
  • Gather insights and model/test potential solutions across multiple development groups.
  • Design outputs from collective work and analyze data to draw conclusions.
  • Define KPIs and develop actionable recommendations to support business advancements.
  • Manage and optimize processes for idea intake, review, and validation.
  • Anticipate future demands related to initiatives and design solutions to meet these needs.
  • Develop and manage roadmaps and schedules for prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes concurrently.
  • Monitor innovation trends in the beverage industry to inform solution paths.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Innovation, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an innovation environment or R&D group.
  • Proven experience in systems analysis and evaluation.
  • Expertise in agile methodology and delivering quality quickly.
  • Experience with digital technologies and modern software solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in transforming ideas into realities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects and programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with global team members and stakeholders.

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry project management.
