About the position

The Project Coordinator position at ManpowerGroup is a fully remote role that requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual to support the Technical Services team in various capacities. The role is essential for application processing, project transactions, contracting, data analysis, data entry, business process improvements, reporting, and oversight of program inboxes. The contractor will be expected to work with various IT systems including NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Buildings Portal, and Tableau. The position is set to start on September 30, 2024, and will run until December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension. The hourly rate for this position is $30.00. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for processing project transactions in both the financial database (NEIS) and project databases (Building Portal & Salesforce). The individual will also be tasked with metrics collection and data entry, providing programmatic support including customer, consultant, and stakeholder communications, and triaging the program's email inbox. Additionally, the coordinator will support business process improvement efforts, conduct data analysis, and generate ad-hoc reports. General support to Project Managers will also be required as needed, along with other duties consistent with the staffing level to support the Technical Services Team's functions.

Responsibilities

  • Process project transactions in both the financial database (NEIS) and project databases (Building Portal & Salesforce)
  • Metrics collection and data entry
  • Programmatic support including customer/consultant/stakeholder communications and email inbox triage
  • Support to business process improvement efforts
  • Data analysis and ad-hoc reporting
  • General support to Project Managers when needed
  • Other duties as needed that are consistent with this level of staffing to support the general functions of the Technical Services Team

Requirements

  • Skilled at data entry and customer-facing communications
  • Able to triage project requests and distribute tasks to project managers
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to multitask
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal relations with staff
  • Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude; able to take direction and criticism from supervisor and other senior staff
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • High level Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Pivot tables, graphing, and other advanced formulas and functions
  • Ability to understand and navigate different database systems; experience with Oracle PeopleSoft and/or Salesforce is a plus
