About the position

HealthEdge Software Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects. This role is crucial for monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, ensuring that project deadlines are met, and documenting important actions and decisions from these meetings. The position requires the preparation of necessary presentation materials and the ability to determine project changes as they arise. Administrative support will also be a key part of the role, along with undertaking various project tasks as required. The Project Coordinator will develop project strategies and ensure that projects adhere to established frameworks, maintaining appropriate documentation for each project. Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions will be part of the responsibilities, as well as managing stakeholder views towards the best solutions. The role may also involve chairing and facilitating meetings, with the distribution of minutes to all project team members being essential. This position is part of the Global Professional Services team, which supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. The team is involved in customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives, making the Project Coordinator's role vital in ensuring these projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Determine project changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in project management coordination preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • MS Project experience preferred.
  • OpenAir experience preferred.
  • Smartsheet experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
