About The Position
We're hiring a Project Coordinator for our Houston, TX client! This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and distributing construction documents, revising and reviewing bids and proposals for final selection, and preparing budgets. The role also involves providing permits and bids to the superintendent, facilitating temporary utilities, and requesting and distributing submittals while following up on them. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all project components are aligned and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
