About the position

The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage project documentation, ensuring that revisions and distributions are handled efficiently. This role involves preparing standard project status reports for the project delivery team, clients, and management, which include updates on status, budgets, schedules, and risks. The coordinator will also facilitate communication among team members and clients, schedule meetings, and assist with various project administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage project documentation and coordinate documentation revisions and distributions.
  • Prepare standard project status reports for the project delivery team, clients, and management.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects among team members and/or clients.
  • Coordinate and obtain vendor quotations for processing.
  • Assist with project administration deliverables, such as meeting minutes, budget tracking, schedule updates, move management, and project closeouts.

Requirements

  • Construction administrative experience
  • Project administration experience
  • Familiarity with construction contracts
  • Experience with invoicing
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Experience with Procore for change orders
  • Ability to manage RFIs (Requests for Information)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management software
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards
