About the position

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. This full-time position requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing management plans and preparing management/cost performance reports, ensuring that all project activities are executed effectively and efficiently. In this role, the Project Coordinator will provide technical expertise to coordinate various project activities, including drafting work packages and managing the work breakdown structure. The position also involves coordinating travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program coordination, particularly in large-scale programs exceeding $5 million annually, and will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. The Project Coordinator will work closely with integrated product teams to ensure that all project requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities are managed effectively. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of information and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams.
  • Develop management plans and prepare management/cost performance reports.
  • Provide technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting and coordination.
  • Manage work breakdown structure activities.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities necessary for effective program management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline.
  • Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities.
  • Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience.
  • Two (2) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.
