As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our operations and enhance our client interactions. You will work closely with various departments, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our office environment, allowing our team to focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients. In this position, you will handle a range of responsibilities that include answering phones, managing calls and messages, and performing typing and formatting assignments that may be confidential. You will operate personal computers to draft, edit, and print various documents such as letters, proposals, and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, determining the nature of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate parties. Your role will also involve preparing shipping labels, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating the scheduling of conference rooms. You will document staff locations, manage incoming and outgoing faxes, and ensure the office remains organized and tidy. Travel arrangements for employees will also fall under your purview, along with coordinating employee physicals and processing paperwork for the Admin/HR department.
