About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Interface with external clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Oversee enterprise-level IT projects, focusing on infrastructure aspects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and budgets effectively.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Background in infrastructure projects including network, data center, and systems.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience with budgets, timelines, and client communications.

  • Experience within the VAR industry.
