About the position

The Project Coordinator role at Atlas involves supporting project management capabilities within cell therapy manufacturing for a large pharmaceutical organization. The position requires collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery through various administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project activities and ad-hoc tasks.
• Create and disseminate meeting notes and action items.
• Maintain project scheduling and monitor milestones.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Log risks and report deviations to management and stakeholders.
• Develop formal slide presentations for executive-level meetings.
• Assist in change management efforts and assess their effectiveness.
• Gather data through interviews and create Excel reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years of professional experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.
• Two (2) years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, preferably in product development, supply chain, manufacturing, or biologics.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate open communication.
• Experience with risk management and change management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cell therapy equipment and processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting data gathering and improving decision-making.
