About the position

All Points Media specializes in creative, custom-fit, out-of-home media solutions. With over twenty years of Outdoor Advertising experience, All Points Media has established itself as a leader in the Alternative Media segment. We are a well-established and growing National Advertising / Media company based out of Beaverton, OR. If you are looking for a leap into the Advertising / Media world, this is a great entry point. We are currently looking for Full Project Coordinators to join our team. We are looking for an outgoing person that communicates extremely well in both verbal and written environments. This is not an entry-level position; however, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn new skills, comfortable on the phone connecting with current partners as well as new business owners and managers for our partnership programs. You will work hand in hand with our project managers to plan, build, and execute out-of-home advertising programs across the country. Outbound phone experience is great, but even if you are just starting your career, this is an opportunity to join an established company with motivated colleagues in a fun work environment that offers opportunity for growth and movement in the company. This position is a preface to the Project Manager position handling your own project work with your own team. It provides the training necessary to fully understand our business and the individual pieces of each project which will give individuals the skills and experience necessary to become a Project Manager at All Points Media. In this position, you will work with some of the largest well-known brands in the nation to plan, build, and execute alternative media programs all over the country. We are looking for career-focused project coordinators to join our team. The perfect candidate will be very detail and process-oriented, have a detailed understanding of the project management cycle and not only what it takes to create and execute a plan but the ability to budget, track, analyze, adapt, document, and share results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning and executing out-of-home advertising programs.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and new business owners.
  • Track leads and develop relationships for current and future project needs.
  • Budget, track, analyze, adapt, document, and share results of projects.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and independently as needed.

Requirements

  • 4 Year college degree or related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to identify problems and develop a plan
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Energetic and cheerful team-oriented attitude
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Ability to utilize telephone personality skills
  • Strong initiative and desire to succeed
