About the position

As a Project Coordinator at SunTrust Remodeling, you will be integral to the management of home remodeling projects, ensuring they run smoothly from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in production processes and a passion for home renovation, as you will coordinate between various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle of home remodeling job after the sale
• Organize and prioritize multiple jobs to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively
• Act as a liaison between the installer and the homeowner, ensuring jobs are completed with outstanding customer service
• Take and manage all necessary paperwork to complete the job
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and track progress of each project, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to schedule
• Ensure high-quality workmanship on all projects

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in construction, real estate, or similar field
• BA or higher degree
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
